       Served as a Captain on Learjet aircraft under Part 135, providing contract flight service support to U.S. Navy, NATO and foreign military high-level officials, ambassadors, heads of state, and U.S. congressional delegations throughout the Middle East, Africa and Europe.

       Extensive knowledge of RVSM / MNPS and international operations.

       Provided ground and flight instruction in the Learjet aircraft to new and existing pilots.

 

Chief Pilot, Worthington Ford of Alaska

Sacramento, California August 1998 – October 1999

       Managed flight operations, scheduling and aircraft maintenance initiatives for a Part 91 operation, and conducted domestic and international flights on the LR-35 aircraft.

       Authored the FAA required manuals for a Part 135 air carrier certificate for U.S. and Canada operations.

       Performed air ambulance flight duties on CE-425/CE-421C aircraft and the AS-350BA helicopter for community-based air ambulance companies.

U.S. Virgin Islands / Chico, California June 1992 – November 1994

       Supported the U.S. Navy Aegis program, including ship, tour, charter, aerial photography, and search/rescue support missions for Air Center Helicopters.

       Performed corporate flight duties under Part 91 as a Contract Pilot, operating the King Air and Jet Ranger.

       Served as the Chief Pilot for the drug enforcement air wing of the California Department of Justice, executing operational functions including recruitment, selection, training and administering check-rides for pilots, budget development / administration, and mission scheduling.

       Sourced and purchased aircraft and negotiated contracts for leased aircraft.
