I loved my time as a demonstration pilot for Bombardier Aerospace.
I left in July, 1999, to help start a new flight department for a first time aircraft owner.  For 21 months I performed a variety of functions related to getting a new charter company up and running.  In March, 2001, I decided that if I was ever going to launch my own company it was now or never.
Factory Pilots Plus, Inc. became official in April, 2001.

My goals:
To provide many of the customer support services that I did as a Bombardier Demonstration Pilot.
To provide Highly Qualified Contract Pilots, many with Factory experience.
To Assist and provide Electronic checklists for the Learjet 60, 60XR and Challengers 604, 605, 300..

The availability of ex-Factory pilots varies day to day, but I do try to match the skills of the contract pilot to the job needed.  Some jobs require the knowledge of a former Factory pilot and some simply need a highly experienced corporate pilot.   I will do my best to match pilot skills and personality with the customer's needs.  I will send no one under the Factory Pilots Plus, Inc. "label" if I can't be sure that the job is a "match" to the pilots available. 

Today Factory Pilots Plus, Inc. is a networked group of pilots who can provide a variety of contract pilot services.  We provide "fill in" pilots while someone is on vacation, coverage during illness or in training.
We provide delivery support and operational training that I like to call "Finishing School".  Learning about those little details that you didn't learn in initial training, and we can share some factory operational tips.
If you've never been Transoceanic, we can send an internationally experienced pilot with you.
Former Factory Pilots have had access to the certification criteria for the aircraft we fly.  Having one of us perform a systems evaluation or maintenance check prior to aircraft purchase or delivery can save you thousands of dollars.
