Electronic Checklists

Electronic Checklists are becoming very popular.  It keeps the head up and the eyes closer to the windshield.  It also helps you not to miss items if you have to punch a button to acknowledge them.  Even the airlines are using them more and more.

The downside to Electronic Checklists:
Manufacturer's don't want to give them out for fear of liability.  They might give you an example, but you have to decide if it's right for you and edit it on your own.

The editing programs for the electronic checklist interface programs all require that you have a more than basic understanding of DOS and computers.   A lot of aviators don't want to take it on.  Now you have an option.

For years I wrote, coded and gave away electronic checklists for customers of Learjet Inc.  For years I've thought it would be a good side business.  Now I'm proud to offer it as a service of Factory PilotsPlus, Inc..

I currently have the capability of coding the checklists for:

Learjet 60 with Collins AMS 850 FMS
Learjet 60 with Dual UNS FMS (there are no singles)
Challenger 604 Collins 6000 FMS
Learjet 31a (w/TCAS panel)

Service Packages include:
First/ Original Checklist of your choosing/ writing, ( up to 3 revisions included)
or
Major editing of your current checklist--charges will depend on how long it takes me to re-write and code it
or
Minor editing of your current checklist--nominal charge on a half hour basis

You will receive a 3.5 inch floppy ready to load into your FMS, and a hard copy printout of the checklist
(suitable for placing in the extra sleeves of the Factory Checklist--very important for 135 operators!)
I can also provide you with a "simulator" version that can be loaded into the FMS for Sim training
